Aligner Blueprint Partners Terms

1. The Program

Aligner Blueprint Partners is an independent referral program operated by Clear Aligner Advisor (clearaligneradvisor.co). Partners refer general dentists to the Aligner Blueprint training program using a personal affiliate link. Participation is voluntary and does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship with Clear Aligner Advisor.

2. What Aligner Blueprint Is and Is Not

Aligner Blueprint is a clinical training program for general dentists. It does not sell aligners, does not compare or rank aligner brands or systems, does not teach brand selection, and does not encourage doctors to switch aligner brands. Partners agree not to represent the program otherwise.

3. Your Employer

You are solely responsible for confirming that your participation in this program, including accepting referral payments from a third party, is permitted under your employer's policies. Clear Aligner Advisor makes no representations about your employer's policies and accepts no responsibility for any conflict between your participation and your employment obligations. Referral payments are optional personal income and are not connected to your employment in any way.

4. Partner Conduct

As a Partner, you agree that you will not give clinical advice, will not promise or imply discounts on the program, and will not make income claims to doctors beyond what appears in published program materials. You agree to disclose your referral relationship when promoting the program, consistent with FTC endorsement guidelines. You agree not to spam, misrepresent the program, or use deceptive marketing of any kind.

5. Payouts

The referral fee is $500 per enrolled doctor on either the full pay or 4-pay plan, paid the month after the doctor's first payment. Attribution is tracked through your personal affiliate link with a 90-day attribution window. Enrollments must come through your affiliate link to be credited. There are no recurring commissions. A completed W-9 and payout details are required before any payment is issued. Clear Aligner Advisor reserves the right to withhold payment in cases of fraud, self-referral, or violation of these terms.

6. Term and Termination

Either party may end participation at any time, for any reason, by written notice (email is sufficient). Referral fees already earned for completed enrollments will still be paid.

7. Liability

The program is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clear Aligner Advisor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program, and total liability is limited to unpaid referral fees owed. Partners are independent participants responsible for their own taxes.

8. Changes to These Terms

Clear Aligner Advisor may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation after notice of updated terms constitutes acceptance.
